The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with local recommendations. I enjoyed the breakfast with fresh local products. Rui ensured my son had his favorite spot each morning, he felt special. Inez always helped with our needs and gave excellent recommendations. I felt at home.
Rooms have views of the interior light-court, which affects the natural light.

public transportation excellent breakfast rooftop bar
The location offers immediate access to public transportation with a metro stop right outside the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, showing attention to every detail. The rooftop bar provided excellent service.
The room faced an inner courtyard, causing noise from the air conditioning.

Really good stay
central location helpful staff local products
The hotel enjoys a central location on a fancy avenue. I really appreciated the helpful staff, particularly Inez from guest relations. She offered excellent recommendations. Breakfast had fresh, local products (i loved the pastries!). The front desk agents were always available and friendly.
The towel card system for pool access seemed unnecessary, especially considering the quality of the towels themselves. The music at the pool in the afternoon was not to my liking, and I had to leave. It would be better to improve the sound quality or change the playlist.
