The hotel enjoys a central location on a fancy avenue. I really appreciated the helpful staff, particularly Inez from guest relations. She offered excellent recommendations. Breakfast had fresh, local products (i loved the pastries!). The front desk agents were always available and friendly.
The towel card system for pool access seemed unnecessary, especially considering the quality of the towels themselves. The music at the pool in the afternoon was not to my liking, and I had to leave. It would be better to improve the sound quality or change the playlist.
